Timecodes running from NG time...
Well, It is a flash with a lot of thought put into it. I truly honestly thought that it was just some random glitch yesterday and that the boxes would just be available to click after xmas. ;_; If anything I thought you could annoy the piss out of Fulp to get all of em after xmas. Sad day that I missed the deadline somehow. Anyway it's a good flash submission as I'm sure it took a lot of hard work to get up and running, so I'll give it a 9/10.

Simple and decent.
The game feels incomplete. There's no incentive to play except a high score. No achievements, no powers, no upgrades, no bosses, just Kim Jong-il blowing shit up with his Cyclops-esque eyebeam power or whatever it is. It's ridiculously spammy, which at this point isn't a bad thing since all you do is blow up nukes that get more and more frequent as they drop. Don't get me wrong, it could be a really decent game, it just needs alot of further work.
TLDR: Upgrades, Gameplay Incentives, Bosses, Less Spammy when these adjustments are made: Maybe a resource bar.
Time, time, time. The game had to be done in a few hours so people would know who Kim Jong-Il is, because lets be honest; in a week everyone has forgotten. So yeah, if I had more time I would probably extended the game but since there were only a few hours to work - nope.
Only question I have...
After beating the rock boss...whats with the Spiked Genitalia as a monster? lol
It really is a beautifully done game, I'm looking at possibly the best game I've seen in a LONG time. However, as the point is to critique a work, not just praise it there are a few things you may want to fix.
1. Simon cannot jump then go forward at the same time.
2. Simon cannot slow his forward jump once initiated, leaving people who aren't the best at jumping without some means of modifying where you're landing a little upset.
3. Some of your sprites seem to kill people by touching the air around them (only in certain cases)
Suggestions: Revise Simon to make jumping easier, on the fire flower, make it give him his weapon that flys back to him. Throwable three times of course.
Other than that you've crafted an excellent game.
One last suggestion: Make this game downloadable somewhere, I would love to have it on my psp.

Should be the disclaimer before playing this game. It's simplicity combined with the ongoing story and including the ever unchanging piano music absolutely captivated me.
I've looked further into the reaches of my soul with this game than I have with any heartfelt account of misery through love.

Gameplay needs work
I understand it was made for a site that requires money to get the premium arrows, which makes it easier, which is why I deducted two points for not making some sort of way to get the non premium ones with any sort of ease.
However: You do have to be somewhat skilled and thoughtful in this game to actually do anything other than easy on any Cup.
I would prefer if you modify this at all to speed up the rate at which the AI shoots. I get that it's moderately cute when they struggle with their bow, but it detracts from game time. Good game based on skill.
For all you QQers. L2play. Other than length of time to play it, it was relatively easy to win just about everything. All of you who say it sucks need to sit down and have a good hard look in the mirror. That is the person who kept mindlessly plugging arrows into the 100's place knowing the bomb is coming needs to do some old fashioned grind legwork. Get your own bombs, save em for the third round if you know they shoot on the 2nd.
Most of all- stop your whining.
